Redgum Mini Cheeseboard for One. Naturally Aged. Unoiled Wood.

Redgum with markings and lines that tell a story all of their own. This wood has been aged naturally over 18+ years, not kiln dried. Our redgum is sustainably sourced : all pieces are discarded off-cuts, from locally grown trees. 
 
This small board is a whimsical piece, born from the size of the off-cut. It makes a perfect, totally glue-free mini cheeseboard for one. Or a very large coaster!
 
The photos show the mini board in a variety of light: sunlight, shade and inside to try and showcase the unusual markings and lines.
The last photo in the line-up is a similar board oiled with Grapeseed oil. This is what yours will look like after you have applied oil. 
 
Natural pieces like this are quirky and unique. We only trim down to size suitable wood without major splits. It is a pleasure to be able to share this little piece of 100% natural wood with you. It has been left in its natural state, unoiled, so you can choose your own finish when you receive it. 
For a food-grade finish, I personally use Grapeseed oil (the supermarket variety). Others prefer olive oil or rice bran oil. Feel free to ask questions, if you are unsure how to oil this board.
