Classic Country Loaf - Recipe

Undoubtedly, one of my favourite recipes! Any day of the week, warm or cold.
Our loaf contains wholesome ingredients such as rolled oats, dried apricots and chia seeds. 
Please note this recipe contains allergens: gluten, nuts, diary, as well as allergens in coconut and apricots.
Not suitable for people with allergies or reactions to these ingredients.
